A reliable plush product development and manufacturing partner For brands Since 2007!

Pufumi Affiliate and Referral Partner Program

Connect qualified brands, IP owners, agencies, and retail programs with a structured plush development and manufacturing team.

  • Two partnership paths: Referral Partner and Agency Partner.
  • Accepted opportunities receive up to 180 days of lead protection.
  • Standard referral commission: 3% of eligible net manufacturing revenue from the first completed bulk order.
  • Pufumi manages engineering, sampling, production, quality control, packaging, and global delivery.
  • Commission is verified after full order payment, shipment, and completion of the agreed validation period.

A Professional Referral Program For Plush Manufacturing

Partners introduce qualified commercial opportunities while Pufumi manages project evaluation, product development, formal quotations, manufacturing, quality, packaging, payment collection, and global delivery.

Partner Introduction

A referral begins with a genuine professional connection rather than a purchased email list or an unidentified company name. The partner explains the organization, contact role, relationship, product direction, estimated quantity, target market, and expected schedule. A complete introduction allows Pufumi to assess fit before requesting confidential artwork or detailed commercial information.

Project Qualification

Pufumi reviews whether the referred opportunity has legitimate product rights, a commercial application, a responsible contact, an achievable quantity plan, an approval process, and enough information for a meaningful first assessment. Accepted registration does not guarantee an order, quotation, prototype, production allocation, testing result, or final commission.

Manufacturing Execution

Pufumi takes responsibility for the manufacturing work agreed directly with the referred organization. Services may include artwork review, pattern engineering, material planning, sample development, revision control, production, inspection, retail packaging, compliance preparation, logistics coordination, and repeat-order records. Partners are not expected to manage the factory floor or collect production payments.

Commission Verification

Commission becomes payable only when an accepted referral produces an eligible bulk manufacturing order, Pufumi receives the required funds, products are shipped, and no unresolved cancellation, refund, ownership dispute, or material commercial claim remains. The commission base, percentage, currency, exclusions, validation period, and payment route appear in the signed Partner Agreement.

Why Professional Partners Introduce Pufumi

Strong referrals depend on manufacturing credibility. Pufumi combines engineering development, controlled production, documented quality, retail packaging, confidentiality, and long-term replenishment support.

Character Development

Pufumi helps convert licensed characters, mascots, game assets, animation designs, brand icons, and collectible concepts into producible plush structures. Development considers silhouette, proportion, facial expression, paper patterns, seam positions, material behavior, filling, clothing, accessories, and production repeatability. Partners can introduce projects requiring more than basic logo placement or simple stock-product sourcing.

Experienced Development Team

More than 58 plush designers and pattern makers support Pufumi’s Dongguan development system. Approximately half bring over 15 years of relevant design, pattern-making, sample-room, or product-engineering experience. Their work supports complex faces, layered clothing, difficult poses, multi-character collections, sample revisions, Golden Samples, and the technical transition from visual assets into controlled bulk production.

Managed Manufacturing

Pufumi is operated by Shenzhen Oneier Technology Co., Ltd. and supported by Oneier-invested plush manufacturing resources in Dongguan and Foshan. The core Dongguan self-owned factory was established in 2007. Different projects are allocated according to engineering difficulty, order quantity, SKU count, packaging workload, confidentiality, production timing, and specialist process requirements.

Multi-SKU Control

Commercial collections often contain multiple characters, sizes, colorways, clothing versions, market labels, barcodes, and packaging formats. Pufumi manages SKU codes, sample versions, BOM records, embroidery files, packaging files, production batches, inspection records, and shipment batches. These controls help reduce mixed products, incorrect tags, packaging mismatches, assortment errors, and repeat-order drift.

Retail Preparation

Plush products can be prepared with woven labels, care labels, hangtags, copyright lines, barcodes, FNSKU labels, polybags, paper sleeves, blind boxes, retail boxes, gift boxes, inserts, display packaging, master cartons, and warehouse marks. Final packaging is reviewed against product identity, channel requirements, protection needs, carton quantity, shipment data, and delivery conditions.

Long-Term Supply Support

A successful first order can develop into a continuing collection, seasonal release, replenishment program, additional size range, new character wave, or channel-specific package. Pufumi retains approved samples, patterns, material records, BOM versions, inspection information, and production references to improve consistency when proven products return for repeat manufacturing.

Nine Professional Partner Types We Welcome

The program is designed for established professionals who understand brand projects, maintain genuine commercial relationships, and can introduce organizations with qualified plush development needs.

Creative Agencies

Creative, advertising, and brand-activation agencies often manage mascot development, product launches, licensed collaborations, retail campaigns, exhibitions, and corporate programs. Agency partners can introduce projects while retaining an agreed communication role with the end organization. Pufumi can support feasibility reviews, sample plans, technical explanations, neutral presentation materials, manufacturing quotations, confidentiality, and structured approval coordination.

Licensing Consultants

Licensing consultants and commercial-rights specialists may represent IP owners, licensing agencies, entertainment properties, artists, sports organizations, universities, or brand-extension programs. Suitable referrals include authorized character plush, collectible ranges, fan merchandise, promotional editions, and retail products. Rights scope, authorized products, territories, copyright markings, approvals, and file access must be clear before development proceeds.

Plush And Toy Designers

Independent designers, product studios, toy consultants, and character-development specialists frequently create concepts without operating manufacturing resources. They can introduce brands requiring pattern engineering, material selection, prototyping, revision, production, and packaging. Pufumi respects the designer’s agreed role, protects project files, and avoids presenting the designer’s original work as Pufumi-owned intellectual property.

Brand Consultants

Brand strategists and product consultants may identify opportunities for mascots, collectible merchandise, membership gifts, retail products, collaboration accessories, and branded experiences. Strong referrals include organizations with established visual assets, a responsible project team, distribution plans, target quantities, budget awareness, and a launch schedule. Consultants can remain involved during positioning, product-range, and approval discussions where agreed.

Sourcing Consultants

Professional sourcing consultants can introduce organizations that need a specialist plush development and manufacturing system. Suitable sourcing partners understand specification control, commercial documentation, sample approval, production milestones, quality requirements, and logistics boundaries. Pufumi does not accept anonymous lead lists or arrangements where essential project information is intentionally withheld from manufacturing and compliance review.

Content And IP Creators

Established creators, artist studios, entertainment channels, virtual-character teams, and creator-owned IP businesses can introduce their own commercial programs or suitable organizations within their network. Qualified opportunities should have identifiable ownership, a defined audience or channel, a realistic product plan, an approval contact, and sufficient quantities to support engineered sampling and commercial production.

Event Agencies

Event, exhibition, sports, entertainment, conference, and corporate-experience agencies often manage fixed delivery dates and multiple approval parties. Relevant projects include event mascots, anniversary plush, launch gifts, conference merchandise, retail products, and branded installations. Referrals should include the required arrival date, quantity, product use, packaging, destination, and decision schedule so feasibility can be assessed early.

Retail Specialists

Retail consultants, merchandising firms, packaging specialists, subscription-program operators, and channel advisers may introduce established brands planning retail-ready plush collections. Pufumi can support SKU structures, size ranges, product formats, packaging versions, barcodes, carton marks, assortment control, FBA preparation, 3PL delivery, retail warehouse requirements, and ongoing replenishment records.

Existing Business Partners

Existing clients, suppliers, logistics partners, testing partners, packaging specialists, and trusted industry contacts may introduce organizations whose projects match Pufumi’s capabilities. A prior relationship with Pufumi does not automatically register every company in the partner’s network. Each opportunity requires a separate lead submission, qualification review, attribution decision, and written acceptance.

Commercial Plush Projects We Welcome

Pufumi prioritizes referrals involving legitimate assets, structured development, meaningful production quantities, retail or brand applications, and potential for continuing product-line value.

Licensed Character Plush

Suitable referrals include IP owners, licensing agencies, animation studios, game publishers, film properties, sports organizations, and authorized merchandise operators. Development may cover standard plush, mini plush, keychains, bag charms, costume variants, anniversary editions, gift sets, and multi-character collections. Legal rights, asset versions, approval contacts, copyright lines, and market scope must be identifiable.

Collectible Plush Programs

Toy brands and collectible companies can develop blind-box plush, hidden editions, numbered editions, miniature collections, designer plush, bag charms, premium versions, and multi-wave releases. Strong projects include a defined character roster, product architecture, expected quantity per SKU, packaging direction, price positioning, launch sequence, approval process, and replenishment strategy.

Brand Mascot Products

Lifestyle, beauty, food, beverage, technology, hospitality, financial, and corporate organizations can convert mascots or brand icons into retail products, promotional merchandise, membership gifts, campaign items, employee gifts, or social-media assets. Development can include brand colors, logos, uniforms, accessories, hangtags, campaign packaging, gift sets, and channel-specific presentation.

Fashion Plush Accessories

Fashion labels, accessory companies, lifestyle brands, and collaboration programs can develop plush bag charms, keychains, miniature characters, handbag accessories, wearable plush elements, limited drops, and seasonal color editions. Engineering focuses on compact facial details, finished weight, hardware, attachment strength, tactile material, stitching, color, and packaging appropriate for fashion retail.

Destination Merchandise

Theme parks, museums, zoos, aquariums, hotels, resorts, universities, tourist attractions, and cultural venues can create mascots, local animal collections, educational plush, destination souvenirs, exclusive editions, story-card products, and seasonal merchandise. Product ranges may include portable mini formats, standard retail sizes, premium versions, and continuing gift-shop replenishment.

Retail-Ready Collections

Retail groups, established e-commerce brands, private labels, and merchandising programs can source coordinated plush ranges with approved labels, packaging, barcodes, cartons, inspection requirements, warehouse information, and repeat-order controls. Pufumi reviews the receiving channel, package structure, assortment, quantity per SKU, destination, and planned arrival date before confirming a commercial route.

Project Qualification Before Lead Acceptance

A valuable referral includes verifiable rights, a clear commercial purpose, a responsible organization, useful project information, and realistic participation in development and approval.

Projects That Meet The Program Standard

A qualifying opportunity should represent a genuine organization rather than an unverified name or copied contact record. The referred organization needs a clear commercial reason for developing plush products, such as licensing, retail, merchandise, promotion, destination sales, brand activation, fan engagement, corporate gifting, or a continuing collection. Pufumi looks for several indicators before accepting attribution:
  • Identifiable organization: A company, institution, agency, brand, IP owner, retail operator, or authorized project entity with verifiable business information.
  • Legitimate design rights: Original assets, owned trademarks, licensed characters, authorized brand files, or another defensible right to request development and production.
  • Responsible contact: A decision-maker or project manager involved in product, design, licensing, procurement, merchandise, operations, or management.
  • Commercial direction: A defined product use, sales channel, campaign, event, release, gift program, or merchandise plan.
  • Quantity planning: An estimated quantity by product or SKU sufficient for commercial manufacturing evaluation.
  • Project information: Available artwork, target size, product type, market, age group, packaging direction, budget framework, and target delivery date.
  • Approval readiness: A person or team capable of reviewing samples, approving files, confirming packaging, and making commercial decisions.
A lead can be accepted while some details remain under development. Acceptance depends on enough substance to distinguish a genuine opportunity from a speculative name submission.

Referrals Pufumi May Decline

Pufumi may decline an opportunity when the request conflicts with legal, commercial, operational, or brand-positioning requirements. Declining a lead does not criticize the organization; it means the submitted request does not currently match the manufacturing program. Common reasons include:

  • Unauthorized characters: Requests involving copied animation, game, film, sports, university, artist, celebrity, or brand assets without legitimate rights.
  • Personal one-off products: Individual gifts, portrait dolls, pet memorials, birthday items, or single-piece personal requests.
  • Anonymous submissions: Company names without a contact relationship, business email, consent, project background, or commercial context.
  • Purchased lead lists: Bulk data collected through scraping, list brokers, spam databases, or another source without a genuine professional introduction.
  • Existing Pufumi relationships: Organizations already recorded as active inquiries, quoted accounts, current clients, prior clients, or connected entities under an existing project.
  • Pure price collection: Requests seeking only an unsupported lowest price without artwork, quantity, market, packaging, timing, or willingness to clarify specifications.
  • Unworkable project structure: Excessive SKU fragmentation, insufficient quantity per version, unrealistic approval timing, or a budget unable to support engineered development.
  • Misleading representation: A partner claiming to be a Pufumi employee, exclusive global agent, factory owner, certifying body, or authorized signatory without written authority.

A declined referral may be reconsidered after missing rights, contacts, quantities, specifications, or commercial information are resolved.

Choose The Right Partnership Path

Pufumi offers two cooperation structures so independent introducers and client-facing agencies can protect relationships while assigning manufacturing responsibilities clearly.

Referral Partner

A Referral Partner identifies a qualified organization, obtains consent for an introduction, registers the opportunity, and establishes the initial connection. Pufumi then communicates directly with the referred organization regarding product feasibility, artwork, specifications, quotations, samples, production, payment, inspection, packaging, and delivery.
Referral Partners are generally not responsible for:
  • Preparing a manufacturing quotation.
  • Collecting sample or production payments.
  • Making technical promises.
  • Approving product specifications.
  • Inspecting production.
  • Managing export documents.
  • Handling product claims.
The standard public commission structure is 3% of eligible net manufacturing revenue from the first completed bulk order. Sample fees, freight, testing, taxes, transaction charges, and other excluded items do not form part of the standard calculation.
Referral Partners remain free to support introductions and relationship continuity but may not issue commitments on behalf of Pufumi without written authorization.

Agency Partner

An Agency Partner remains actively involved in the relationship with the end organization. Creative agencies, licensing companies, brand consultancies, product studios, and sourcing firms may manage briefing, concept presentation, approvals, schedules, or broader campaign responsibilities while Pufumi performs the agreed manufacturing work.
The Agency Partner Agreement should define:

  • End-client ownership.
  • Contact and communication permissions.
  • Whether Pufumi communicates directly or through the agency.
  • Quotation visibility.
  • Neutral or white-label materials.
  • Presentation responsibilities.
  • Commercial margin or commission structure.
  • Invoice and payment arrangements.
  • Confidentiality and data separation.
  • Case-study and image permissions.
  • Non-circumvention boundaries.
  • Responsibility for approvals and scope changes.

Agency commission commonly falls within a separately agreed 3%–5% range when the agency contributes ongoing commercial or project coordination. An alternative structure may allow the agency to manage its own margin. No agency commercial arrangement applies until signed documentation defines responsibilities and financial treatment.

From Application To Verified Commission

Eight documented stages connect partner approval, lead attribution, project development, order completion, and commission payment without relying on informal introductions.

Partner Application

Submit company information, professional background, industries served, referral channels, geographic markets, typical project types, and relevant profiles. Pufumi reviews professional fit, reputation, compliance risks, and alignment with enterprise plush manufacturing.

Program Review

Pufumi may request supporting information, a video meeting, company verification, references, or clarification of promotional methods. Approval is discretionary and can be limited to a particular region, industry, partnership path, or trial period.

Agreement Signing

Accepted applicants sign the applicable Referral Partner or Agency Partner Agreement. The agreement defines commission, attribution, protection period, confidentiality, promotion rules, payment conditions, termination, and dispute handling.

Lead Registration

Register the referred organization before the organization contacts Pufumi directly. Include the company, contact, relationship, business email, product direction, quantity, market, timing, and consent to introduction.

Attribution Decision

Pufumi reviews CRM records, existing inquiries, related companies, earlier quotations, active projects, and submission completeness. The result may be Accepted, More Information Required, Duplicate, Existing Account, Not Qualified, or Declined.

Project Development

Pufumi handles the formal project process, including feasibility review, NDA, artwork, specifications, quotation, sample development, revisions, approvals, production, inspection, packaging, payment, and shipping.

Order Validation

A commission review begins after Pufumi receives the required bulk-order funds, the products are shipped, and the order passes the stated validation period without an unresolved cancellation, refund, attribution dispute, or serious commercial claim.

Commission Payment

Approved commission is included in the next scheduled payout cycle. The partner receives a statement showing the project reference, eligible revenue, commission percentage, adjustments, currency, transaction costs, and payment amount.

Register Opportunities With Clear Project Information

Lead registration protects professional introductions, gives Pufumi enough context for qualification, and connects the partner, referred organization, project code, order, and commission record.

Information Required For Lead Registration

A company name alone does not create a protected referral. Pufumi needs enough information to identify the organization, verify the relationship, understand the project, and establish whether the opportunity already exists inside the sales and project system.
Lead registration should include:
  • Partner ID: The unique number assigned after program approval.
  • Referred organization: Legal or trading name, website, country, and primary market.
  • Contact person: Name, title, business email, phone where available, and professional role.
  • Relationship: How the partner knows the organization and whether an introduction has been discussed.
  • Consent: Confirmation that the contact expects or permits an introduction to Pufumi.
  • Project category: Licensed character plush, mascot, collectible plush, bag charm, retail range, corporate program, or another defined product direction.
  • Artwork status: Available, under development, confidential, awaiting NDA, or not yet prepared.
  • SKU structure: Estimated number of designs, sizes, colors, variants, or packaging versions.
  • Quantity: Expected quantity per SKU and total program quantity.
  • Target market: Intended sales country, region, channel, and age group where known.
  • Timeline: Desired sample date, production release, shipment date, arrival date, event, or launch.
  • Commercial context: Available budget direction, target price positioning, or confirmed purchasing plan.
  • Special requirements: Licensing approvals, packaging, testing, electronics, retail labels, split delivery, FBA, 3PL, or destination warehouse needs.
Partners should not upload banking credentials, passwords, complete confidential license agreements, or unreleased assets before an NDA or controlled file route is established.

Lead Review Status And Next Actions

Pufumi records each submission under a clear review status. The status helps prevent assumptions about acceptance and gives the partner a defined next action.

  • Submitted: The registration has entered the review queue but has not yet received attribution.
  • More Information Required: Essential relationship, contact, company, rights, quantity, or project information is missing.
  • Accepted: The opportunity qualifies for attribution and enters the stated protection period.
  • Duplicate Submission: Another valid partner registration was accepted earlier.
  • Existing Account: Pufumi already holds a qualifying inquiry, quotation, project, order, or related-company record.
  • Not Qualified: The opportunity currently lacks commercial substance or does not match program requirements.
  • Rights Review Required: The project involves third-party assets and needs additional authorization clarification.
  • Closed: The protection period expired without meaningful progress or the referred organization ended the project.
  • Converted: The referral produced an eligible paid bulk manufacturing order.
  • Commission Pending: Order validation is underway.
  • Commission Approved: Pufumi completed the internal calculation and placed the amount into a payout cycle.

Acceptance protects attribution under the agreement; it does not guarantee pricing, sampling, production acceptance, approval success, delivery timing, sales performance, or commission.

Lead Attribution And Partner Protection Rules

Clear ownership rules protect genuine introductions while preventing duplicate claims, mass account reservations, disputed relationships, and interference with existing Pufumi projects.

First Valid Registration

When multiple partners submit the same organization, priority normally goes to the earliest complete registration accepted by Pufumi. A name-only entry, purchased record, or unsupported claim does not take priority over a later submission containing a genuine contact relationship, introduction consent, and qualified project information.

Existing Account Check

A referral does not qualify as new when Pufumi already has an active inquiry, quotation, NDA, sample project, commercial negotiation, purchase order, prior order, or recognized relationship with the company or a connected entity. Account relationships may include parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, brands, licensing agents, procurement companies, or agencies already linked to an existing project.

180-Day Protection

An accepted referral receives an initial protection period of up to 180 days from written acceptance. Meaningful project activity may include an introduction meeting, project brief, NDA, artwork review, sample quotation, sample payment, formal quotation, development activity, or documented procurement discussion. Pufumi may extend protection in writing where active progress continues beyond the initial period.

No Bulk Name Reservation

Partners cannot protect markets by registering lists of major brands, retailers, studios, agencies, or institutions without direct relationships and identifiable opportunities. Pufumi may close unsupported registrations, limit submission volume, request evidence of contact consent, or terminate participation where repeated speculative registrations interfere with legitimate attribution.

  • Pufumi received all funds required for commission calculation.
  • Products were shipped.

Plush Capabilities Behind Every Qualified Referral

Partners can introduce projects across character, collectible, fashion, retail, destination, and branded merchandise categories supported by controlled materials, engineering, sampling, production, and packaging.

Products And Materials Pufumi Can Develop

Pufumi’s role is not limited to one standard stuffed animal format. The development system supports product families built around a character, brand, retail category, destination, event, or merchandise strategy. Relevant formats include:
  • Licensed character plush.
  • Animation and game character plush.
  • Mascot plush.
  • Mini collectible plush.
  • Blind-box and mystery plush.
  • Plush bag charms.
  • Plush keychains.
  • Limited and numbered editions.
  • Fashion plush accessories.
  • Retail-ready stuffed animals.
  • Plush pillows and shaped cushions.
  • Corporate mascot products.
  • Theme-park and destination merchandise.
  • Educational animal collections.
  • Gift sets and multi-SKU programs.
Product direction is refined through size, pose, proportion, surface, filling, clothing, accessories, function, labels, and packaging. Common development dimensions include compact 8–12 cm bag charms, 12–18 cm mini collectible products, 20–30 cm core retail plush, and larger display or premium formats. Final dimensions depend on character complexity, price position, packaging, transportation, and intended use. Material recommendations are based on visual and production requirements rather than a generic “premium fabric” claim. Options may include minky, velboa, short plush, faux fur, fleece, Sherpa, velvet, microfiber plush, printed fabric, custom-dyed fabric, clothing textiles, recycled polyester options, and approved specialist materials. Selection considers:
  • Pile length and direction.
  • Surface density.
  • Stretch and recovery.
  • Color availability.
  • Embroidery compatibility.
  • Print behavior.
  • Seam visibility.
  • Required silhouette.
  • Handfeel.
  • Durability.
  • Production stability.
  • Repeat-order availability.
A referred organization should provide the product purpose, target size, expected quantity, market, age group, packaging, artwork, and required delivery date so Pufumi can recommend a feasible development route.

Engineering And Production Control Behind The Product

Artwork does not move directly into bulk sewing. Pufumi reviews the character silhouette, facial landmarks, head-to-body proportion, thickness, seams, fabric direction, filling, clothing, accessories, center of gravity, packaging, and production access before developing the first controlled sample.
The sample route may include:

  • Artwork and reference review.
  • Pattern engineering.
  • Fabric and thread selection.
  • Trial embroidery or printing.
  • V1 prototype.
  • Consolidated sample review.
  • Revision sample.
  • Pre-production sample.
  • Golden Sample approval.
  • Production-file release.

A standard prototype benchmark may fall around 7–15 working days after complete files, payment, and critical material confirmation. Complex clothing, multiple SKUs, special materials, electronics, custom accessories, or licensing approvals can require a longer project schedule.
Bulk control relies on:

  • Approved paper patterns.
  • BOM records.
  • Embroidery and print files.
  • Material codes.
  • SKU codes.
  • Sample versions.
  • First-piece checks.
  • In-process inspection.
  • Filling and shaping standards.
  • Product and package matching.
  • Carton reconciliation.
  • Final inspection.
  • Retained samples.
  • Repeat-order comparison.

Pufumi coordinates production through Oneier-invested resources in Dongguan and Foshan and specialist partners for processes such as custom dyeing, embroidery, printing, hardware, electronics, packaging, third-party testing, and logistics.
Partners should avoid promising a fixed price, sample result, compliance outcome, production period, or arrival date before Pufumi reviews the actual product, quantity, market, packaging, approvals, and delivery conditions.

Partner Materials For Accurate Project Introductions

Approved resources help partners explain Pufumi’s capabilities accurately without inventing factory data, commercial promises, certification claims, sample results, pricing, or delivery commitments.

Company Overview

An approved introduction explains Pufumi’s legal operating relationship, brand position, manufacturing resources, project services, target organizations, factory structure, contact routes, and commercial boundaries. Partners must use the current version rather than copied or outdated text.

Product Capability Guide

The product guide covers licensed character plush, mascots, collectible products, blind-box series, mini plush, bag charms, keychains, retail-ready collections, destination merchandise, and other supported categories. It helps partners match project types with relevant development capabilities.

Project Brief Template

A structured brief helps capture artwork, product type, size, quantity, SKU count, market, age group, materials, packaging, target cost, launch date, delivery destination, licensing approvals, and special functions before the initial manufacturing review.

Factory And Process Materials

Approved photographs and diagrams may explain artwork review, pattern engineering, sample development, materials, cutting, embroidery, sewing, filling, quality inspection, packaging, and shipping preparation. Confidential or unauthorized projects cannot be used as promotional examples.

Sample And Material Guides

Partners can use approved resources covering sample stages, revision preparation, Golden Samples, fabric selection, filling, embroidery, printing, accessories, packaging, compliance inputs, and repeat-order version control to improve referral quality.

Agency-Ready Files

Where approved, agency partners may receive neutral presentations, selected images, timeline frameworks, feasibility notes, or capability summaries for end-client proposals. White-label use, quotation visibility, editing permission, logo treatment, and distribution rights must be agreed in writing.

Confidentiality And Agency Relationship Protection

Professional referrals often involve unreleased characters, campaign plans, retail collections, pricing, launch dates, and protected end-client relationships requiring controlled access and clear communication rules.

Confidential Project Information

Artwork, character guides, packaging files, specifications, quantities, prices, launch dates, licensing information, prototypes, inspection records, and commercial discussions are used only for approved project purposes. They must not be shared publicly, reused for unrelated projects, or distributed to other partners without permission.

NDA Before Asset Review

A referred organization or agency may request an NDA before submitting unreleased assets. Pufumi can review the organization’s NDA or provide an appropriate route for a standard agreement. Requesting an NDA does not mean it has become effective; controlled file transfer begins after the required parties complete execution.

Agency Communication Control

The Agency Partner Agreement defines whether Pufumi communicates through the agency, directly with the end organization, or through a shared communication structure. It should identify the primary contact, approval authority, quotation visibility, file routing, meeting participation, and responsibilities when instructions conflict.

Non-Circumvention Boundary

Pufumi does not use an accepted Agency Partner introduction to bypass the agency and independently market to its protected end organization during the applicable agreement period. Protection depends on valid registration, active professional involvement, compliance with the agreement, and a clearly documented relationship.

Responsible Promotion Tracking And Program Conduct

Reliable partner growth depends on accurate claims, transparent commission disclosure, respectful outreach, traceable attribution, and responsible use of Pufumi’s brand and manufacturing information.

Clear Affiliate Disclosure

Partners must disclose their commercial relationship with Pufumi when recommending services in content, presentations, videos, articles, social posts, directories, comparison materials, or another channel where the relationship could influence the recommendation. Disclosure should be visible and easy to understand rather than hidden inside a long policy.

Approved Facts Only

Partners may use current Pufumi materials and publicly approved facts. They must not invent production volume, factory size, employee counts, equipment, certificates, client names, case results, delivery guarantees, prices, commission earnings, test outcomes, or exclusive relationships. Commercial estimates must come from Pufumi after reviewing the project.

No Misleading Authority

A partner may identify itself as an approved Referral Partner or Agency Partner only within the wording and period permitted by the agreement. Partners may not present themselves as Pufumi employees, owners, legal representatives, auditors, certification bodies, exclusive agents, or authorized signatories.

Respectful Outreach

Spam email, automated scraping, purchased databases, false introductions, deceptive messages, unsolicited mass outreach, impersonation, and privacy-invasive collection methods are prohibited. A professional introduction should arise from a genuine relationship, relevant conversation, requested advice, or legitimate business context.

Brand And Domain Rules

Partners cannot register domains, social profiles, company names, email addresses, advertising accounts, or visual identities that could be mistaken for an official Pufumi property. Paid advertising using Pufumi trademarks, company names, misspellings, or branded terms requires written approval.

Traceable Attribution

Pufumi uses Partner IDs, lead-registration records, project codes, email introductions, meeting records, CRM data, quotations, orders, payment records, and shipment information to validate attribution. Referral links may support discovery, but a browser cookie alone does not override an earlier accepted registration, existing account, or documented relationship.

The agency coordinated creative feedback and final brand approval. Pufumi handled artwork review, pattern engineering, material planning, samples, production files, manufacturing, inspection, packaging control, and shipment preparation.

Commission excluded sample charges, testing, tooling, international freight, duties, bank fees, and other pass-through costs. The amount was approved only after the order was fully paid, products were shipped, the validation period ended, and no unresolved attribution or commercial dispute remained.

Figures represent an anonymized program example rather than a universal quotation, production promise, or guaranteed earning outcome. Product complexity, materials, quantities, packaging, approvals, and commercial structure determine actual terms.

Trust, Compliance & Production Assurance

Confidence for global brands and complex plush programs

Pufumi evaluates each project according to its target market, age grade, materials, construction, labeling, and packaging requirements. Depending on the assigned production site and project scope, our team can support ISO 9001 quality-management documentation and coordinate testing to EN71, ASTM F963, CPSIA, REACH, and other applicable standards. Factory audits, certifications, and test reports are verified by issuing body, validity period, facility, and product scope, giving brands greater transparency from sample development through controlled production and delivery.

Affiliate Program Frequently Asked Questions

Creative agencies, licensing consultants, toy designers, brand advisers, sourcing professionals, established creators, event agencies, retail specialists, and trusted industry partners may apply. Approval depends on professional background, referral methods, commercial relationships, target industries, reputation, and alignment with Pufumi’s manufacturing position. Program access is not automatic, and Pufumi may approve a limited partnership scope or trial period.

An accepted referral represents a verifiable organization with a genuine contact, legitimate product rights, a commercial plush requirement, useful project information, an achievable quantity plan, and consent to introduction. Pufumi must confirm acceptance in writing. A company name, purchased contact, public email address, or speculative list entry does not create attribution or commission rights.

The standard initial protection period is up to 180 days from written acceptance. Pufumi may extend protection when meaningful project activity continues, including meetings, NDA review, artwork assessment, quotations, sampling, approvals, or active procurement discussions. Protection can expire when communication stops, essential information remains unavailable, the project closes, or the partner violates program rules.

Pufumi reviews submission time, completeness, genuine relationship, contact consent, existing account records, related entities, and project substance. Priority normally goes to the earliest complete and valid registration accepted in writing. A speculative name entry does not defeat a later submission supported by an active relationship and a qualified project.

The standard Referral Partner rate is 3% of eligible net manufacturing revenue from the first completed bulk order. Eligible revenue generally covers approved plush manufacturing and any packaging specifically included by agreement. Samples, development, tooling, testing, freight, duties, taxes, fees, refunds, credits, unpaid amounts, and unrelated third-party costs are excluded.

Commission is reviewed after the eligible bulk order is fully paid, products are shipped, and the validation period ends without an unresolved refund, cancellation, serious claim, attribution dispute, or payment reversal. Approved amounts enter the next monthly payout cycle. A USD 100 minimum balance may apply, with smaller amounts carried forward.

Yes. Agency Partner Agreements can define end-client ownership, direct-contact permissions, quotation visibility, neutral documents, white-label support, approval roles, commission or margin, confidentiality, case-study rights, and non-circumvention boundaries. Protection requires valid lead registration, active professional involvement, and compliance with the signed agreement.

Partners may use current, approved images and materials within the permitted purpose, channel, period, and editing rules. Unauthorized client products, confidential samples, outdated data, restricted factory areas, private technical files, and unapproved claims cannot be published. Pufumi may require removal or replacement of materials after an update, expiry, or program termination.

No. Prices and schedules depend on artwork, size, quantity, SKU count, materials, workmanship, packaging, market, testing, approvals, production loading, and delivery conditions. Partners may explain Pufumi’s process but cannot issue binding quotations, guarantee sample approval, promise fixed production timing, or confirm arrival dates without written Pufumi authorization.

Yes. Pufumi may suspend or terminate participation for false claims, spam, privacy violations, unauthorized IP, misleading representation, fabricated leads, brand misuse, account reservation, confidentiality breaches, payment fraud, manipulation of attribution, or other agreement violations. Valid commission already earned remains subject to the signed terms, investigation, adjustments, and legal requirements.
